A career civil servant of almost two decades experience, member editorial board, Alausa Alert Newspaper, formerly Chairman, Lagos Information Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists and former member of State Executive Council of the Union. He was a Public Relations Officer in the Lagos State Pension Board, Office of Overseas Affairs & Investment and now Ministry of the Environment. He was pioneer head of Enlightenment Unit in the Ministry of Information and Strategy, Assistant Project Manager, Ministerial HIV/AIDS Campaign Committee, Communications Desk Officer UNDP 6th Country Programme and UNFPA 6th Country Progamme.
Mukaila Sanusi, an Assistant Director, Public Affairs, received several trainings from UNICEF on Communication Planning and participated actively in UNICEF B Field Office communication intervention in the UNICEF focal states of Lagos, Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti and Edo.
He served extensively in the execution of the grassroots communication aspect of the Eti-Osa-Lekki-Epe Road redevelopment project.
He has served in the Ministry of Information and Strategy, Ministry of the Environment and Lagos State Pension Commission. He set up the Public Affairs office in the newly created Office of Overseas Affairs and Investment (Lagos Global).
He read International Relations at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and received further education at the University of Lagos and the Nigerian Institute of Journalism.
