Mr.Shonibare Akeem Segun was born in Ilasamaja,Mushin,Lagos.

He attended Anglican Primary School,Ajegunle,Odo-Ogun from 1973-1979 and Okemagba High School,Epe from 1979-84.

He is a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Accounting from the University of Jos,Jos Plateau and also a Certified National Accountant (CNA).

Mr. Shonibare joined the Lagos State Civil Service on 28^th November,1996.

He is a member of Association of National Accoutant of Nigeria (ANAN)

For his leisure,he loves Lawn Tennis and Table Tennis.
